This kit contains 2-flute stub length end mills which are center cutting. Shank diameter is the same as the cutting diameter of the : +.000/-.002 Diameter, -.0001/-.0004 Shank Diameter ALTIN is a high performance coating for milling, tapping and drilling in stainless steels, carbonsteels, alloy steels, titanium and cast iron. This coating is extremely heat resistant and can beused with or without coolant. It is exceptional in difficult to machine materials where adhesivewear is particularly high.
